What a memorable hunting experience. Andries Marx and his Team at The Leopard Lodge & The Cubs made us feel so welcomed and they were exceptionally prepared for our arrival. I highly recommend this Lodge for the perfect family hunting experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and luxurious. Don't hesitate to contact The Leopard Lodge & The Cubs today for a fun filled holiday. A home away from Home 😁 Pricing on quality Game was more than responsible. The aftercare of transportation to your choice of butcher and the recommended Taxidermy was truly going the extra mile 💪 Will definitely be returning and recommending their exceptional service to friends and family.

AMAZING HUNTING EXPERIENCE.
Thank you for the most memorable hunt, we went there during the month of August 2025. The place is so peaceful and the views are absolutely incredible. I just want to thank the staff and the guides for an amazing experience you have out done yourselves. I had expectations going to Leopard Lodge & the cubs but you have completely exceeded in meeting my expectations, what a spectacular place. The accommodation was of very high quality. 5 stars does not do justice for this place. I will definitely be back next year. Thanks to all the staff and guides for making it a memorable experience. Thank you Andries.

AMAZING HUNTING EXPERIENCE.
Thank you for the most memorable hunt, we went there during the month of August 2025. The place is so peaceful and the views are absolutely incredible. Best Hunting Experience by Far
From the moment we arrived, our stay at Leopard Lodge & The Cubs was nothing short of exceptional. The entire experience felt like a dream — we were treated like royalty from start to finish. The guides were absolutely phenomenal: knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly accommodating. No request was too big or too small — they went above and beyond to formulate plans and track down exactly what we were hoping to find. The detail taken with pictures of the hunts were truly amazing, every angle, blade of grass was cleared and the pictures came out brilliantly. The accommodation was equally impressive. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the lodge ran like a well-oiled machine. It was clear that the team takes immense pride in delivering a seamless and luxurious experience. Whether it was the comfort of the rooms, or the attentiveness of the staff, everything exceeded our expectations. This trip was truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. A massive thank you to the entire team at Leopard Lodge & The Cubs for making our adventure so magical!

Memorable Hunt with friends
We had a great hunt during August 2025 with the hosts going out of their way to ensure that each hunter gets what he nominated. The lodge was clean and the facilities superb. Everything is there which you may require to make your hunt memorable. Will definitely be back!

Bad experience and questionable practices.
If zero stars were possible, I would give them. This was an unprofessional and disappointing hunting experience. Game was scarce and repetitive, accommodation was poorly maintained (plumbing leaks and blocked drains), and guests were treated in a patronising manner. A member of our party was misled into shooting a Golden Wildebeest after being reassured it was a ***, then charged the full price. This felt dishonest and exploitative. We were also reprimanded for not taking shots, which is the hunter’s decision, not the farms. Overall, the experience reflected poor management and questionable practices. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Amazing Easter weekend at The Cubs
Five stars all they way 🤩🤩 We were planning on camping at Mokolo dam for Easter our first night we were hit by a severe hailstorm, we were hit into pieces everything was wet, what a complete disaster. Destitute in the middle of the night we phoned Andries from The Cubs and he made a plan for us to have a warm dry bed, our disaster beginning of our Easter weekend turned out to be such an amazing weekend, what amazing people and a great place to stay at, newly renovated and beautiful nature all around, definitely a must 🤩

Woman's nature getaway
We stayed at The Cubs over the weekend and it was an absolutely amazing experience. We enjoyed the rustic feel of the Chalet and being in the bush close to nature. We were assisted by Quintin and he was the friendliest, most helpful owner I have encountered in a long time. The Chalet is well maintained and cleaned every day and is very well equipped for a self-catering holiday accommodation. The surroundings were beautiful and we were even lucky enough to see some Impala right outside our door. Thank you Quintin for going out of your way to ensure our stay was so wonderful. You were an amazing host. I will most definitely be returning in the near future.

Woman's nature getaway
We stayed at The Cubs over the weekend and it was an absolutely amazing experience. We enjoyed the rustic feel of the Chalet and being in the bush close to nature. We were assisted by Quintin and he was the friendliest, most helpful owner I have encountered in a long time. The Chalet is well maintained and cleaned every day and is very well equipped for a self-catering holiday accommodation.
