Amazing Easter weekend at The Cubs
Five stars all they way 🤩🤩 We were planning on camping at Mokolo dam for Easter our first night we were hit by a severe hailstorm, we were hit into pieces everything was wet, what a complete disaster. Destitute in the middle of the night we phoned Andries from The Cubs and he made a plan for us to have a warm dry bed, our disaster beginning of our Easter weekend turned out to be such an amazing weekend, what amazing people and a great place to stay at, newly renovated and beautiful nature all around, definitely a must 🤩

Most pathetic service I have ever received!!!!!!!
The employees in the building and content claims department have absolutely no training how to do there jobs!!!! Cannot give any feedback or finalise anything!!!! My house flooded on the 28th of Dec 2020, it more than a month later and we still cannot get the finalisation from them, they answer emails incorrectly with incorrect information or they just ignore you flat out!!!! Happy to take new clients and your money but when it comes to actually doing their jobs Discovery is absolutely incompetent!!!!! Why take business if you have no idea how to do your jobs...???????? Pathetic service absolutely pathetic!!!!!!

Worst company and owner ever!!!!
<p>The absolute worst service I have ever experienced!!!! What a badly run company, the owner screams and shouts at me because they cannot get my order right!!! They where a day late with my order!</p> <p>This is not the first time I have ordered from them and every time they have gotten it wrong or late or the cake is not what I ordered.</p> <p>Very disappointed the owner screams and shouts at her customers.</p> <p>Will never order from them again.</p> <p>What type of person / business owner does this, if you in the wrong then please yes do scream and shout at your customers, who is your bread and butter!!!! </p> <p>Worst company and service I have ever experienced!!!</p>
