We have two multi plugs that use sp4001 protectors which have failed yet they are so difficult to replace because I can't find them anywhere now I'm left with two unprotected extensions.

Placed an order for light switches with Rachel from Lesco Manufacturing - appreciate and commend her for all the assistance she gave me in putting together my order - great service. Received my order on time - really impressed. Further to this is that it is a locally produced product that is well designed. Michael G

I just received incredible service from this company. I was looking for one of their products that is unavailable in the hardware shops. I called them and they offered to deliver a new one at no cost to my home. They recognised the defect in the product which they had since improved. What ethical business practice!

I will have to return these plug to Makro and get my refund, since I kept it thinking you would like to do some investigation. I have bought a different surge plug protector from a different manufacture who has also given me a guarantee that should my appliances get damaged they will reimburse me with up to R20 000. I will surely not need clearwhatwhat that you spoke of.
