The lady who was with us in the room while writing our learners was helping another lady and choosing all the correct awnsers for her. This is sou unprofessional she is supposed to fail it because she doesn't know the awnsers but then her test is being done for her.

I would like to commend Meyerton’s team for a job well done, my appointment was on Friday in the afternoon when usually government staff is mean and just want to go home, however my experience with this team was different never have I met people who were willing to help like them even help with the things that aren’t related to what I came to do. My questions were answered with such warm humour they system is proper the team always smiling and making you feel at home. I felt like I went to a place I have been before with people I have known for a while I am so happy to find such a department who serving to them comes naturally such a beautiful experience.

I'm soo glad they are eventually getting rid of these government departments. They large lady in the collection of cards window must be the rudest most entitled person I've ever met. They forget they are doing us a service. The supervisor however was more accommodating. Pity there wasnt any minus ratings

Where to start - made an online booking on system for my drivers licence card renewal . Sytem advises that only ID and a copy of ID is needed as photos are taken at the centre. Arrived there this morning with the needed documents and booking number , then the most rude lady ( manager ) approached me , rudely spoke without any manners and said that i need a photo , after i told her that on the booking system they say that photos are taken at the premises she says no , and continues to be rude. I then say that they infact do take photos there ...................???? This is really unacceptable , maybe they need to learn how to treat people properly . Would they like it when people talk to them in that way ?
