I have had a hail damage on the 9nth of October and put in a claim with the insurance which that they agreed to however now I am told asking for an automatic car as I can’t drive a manual is a privilege by Boitshepo from that what is the difference between a manual and an auto car as I have a car hire option I am told it will be at my expense. I am expecting to take a car to Rivonia from Centurion yet no one is willing to cater for that as I obviously will not be provided a car of my choice which is part of the cover.
This store is refusing with my refund the is a Nokuthula Zwane that works there doing their dirty work who had said I was going to get my refund to this day I am still waiting. So Yellow Sub has a 4 days rule on a total refund to you which I have followed instead of them sending my refund to my account I am being told a store voucher was issued I want no store voucher I want a refund this is unacceptable.
So FNB has this health cash plan they have for when you are hospitalised whether private or public. I got hospitalised and sent the requested documents and they kept on saying I must re-send them again all over when I have been doing from a week ago so they are avoiding pay out next thing I get an email that my case has been closed because of insufficient information how when I have sent what they asked for a number of times already. I am so tired of this bank honestly.

I returned goods to one of the businesss they are representing which took them a day to deliver to me and a day to be fetched from when returning however it’s 4 days for those items to get to the businesss because the is now a refund in place how when it took a day to and from. When I ask the Bob shop team they telling me how it’s out of their control how when they are the administrator I am honestly disgusted by their service and I want my refund 🤮
I am still waiting for my claim to be attended to I bet you however money will be deducted for that policy come time to. I have been waiting in their app for 2 hours to be assisted as usual I am taken pillar to post.
I have sent through a claim to FNB no one seem to want to help, I was on my phone the whole day yesterday trying to reach that department to no avail I waited an hour in between to be assisted still I was not assisted. I don’t understand why is it easy for these institutions to receive money but when they have to attend to our issues is a problem. I am tired of being treated like this at my own expense.
So I got a call from DSTV representative who said if I needed to add more channels for R27 will do for year agreed to that only to find out that is for an insurance that I still have with them, insurance of both my decoders now that I want to cancel the 2nd insurance they not taking calls and I have been trying to have come check the problem with my DSTV for the past 2 weeks now they have not brought a technician nor tried contacting me to find out the problem with the decoder **** about channels are not playing as well. I want to cancel the 2nd insurrection no one is there to assist I am paying for services that I can’t even utilities. I am so disgusted.
Disgusting Service I have been with Vodacom I don’t know for how long now and to this day I still question my loyalty to that service provider they have never treated me well. I have a debit order with that’s how it has been all these years same account same everything nothing has and this debit order has been successful all these years. I got debited in December for a service I didn’t have but didn’t ask for a refund, this month I call them changing my debit order date for March to the 25 from last day of the month. This way before last day of the month they don’t debit for Feb and make that my fault and threatening me with closing the home wifi. I want my December refund for a service I don’t have when one of their consultant gave me a sim that is meant for a home router without explaining that I can’t use in a pocket router I paid that month for something I didn’t use I am so ****ed it’s time I leave Vodacom for sure nxa
