Home Affairs incorrectly stated that my father was Married on his death certificate, instead of a Widower. Because my father's estate is being settled out of SA, this was a huge problem. I contacted Lara after waiting for 2 months for Home Affairs to respond to my emails to rectify the situation. Despite having been down there to submit all documentation (systems were offline, and they asked me to email them in). No response to emails, no help when going back down to find out if the documentation had even been logged. Lara had the death certificate amended within 5 days - as promised. Excellent service! And a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you, Lara.

App**** for UK visa through agency. Due to poor advice from the consultant, had to drive 300km twice for appointment and visa pickup. Delivery confusion was blamed on me. Total cost R7,000 (agency) + R3,000 (petrol) for a single visa. Extremely frustrating and disingenuous service.

<div>Do not deal with this company, Lara does not deliver and takes 0 responsibility for botching work. She also will hold on to the chunk of money you will pay her only for her to not deliver. She refuses to pay back the R9000 we paid her and she failed to even properly submit an application for Spain Visas</div>

This lady is absolutely horrible, I might have had a different review if she had been willing to take responsibility for not delivering on what we paid her R9000 for. Instead she gave a rude unprofessional response. We paid her to assist with Visa for Spain after we were having trouble, she **** the entire time, wasted time we had despite sending all the information early enough for submission, said she couldn't get a biometric appointment for 2 weeks (which I managed to get in 1 working day after), then tried to bully me into submitting mismatching documents on the day she finally sent us for biometrics. When I refused and asked for a refund she resorted to insults and a further attempts to hold onto the money we paid her. She has very little integrity if any, horrible customer service and borders on thievery as she refuses to refund us our money.

I wouldn’t recommend this service. My husband has been waiting over three months for his passport, and despite a promise of a refund if it wasn’t received by August, we’re now just hearing excuses. Don’t waste your money.

I would like to thank Lara for her professionalism and her quick response in getting documentation from Home Affairs. I would never have gotten the documentation so quickly. I will highly recommend her for any of your Home Affairs documentation. You really do not wait long for anything that you require.

If I could give a ZERO for rating, it would be too high. This "lady", Lara, is the most unprofessional person, with the worst behaviour/attitude, I've ever come across. She's not shy to charge an exorbitant amount for Services Not Rendered as one has to s****-feed her and then still have to repeat the same information already supp**** to her, when she asks for it. She promises an "all inclusive" service, but one gets a nasty shock when arriving at VFS and find out that she did not apply for the item you were promised and then you also/still have to pay VFS extra fees that she promised to be included in her service. When one gives her feedback of your experience, she immediately gets on her high horse and "attacks" you with a reply of " I don't have complaints ever so I suppose there is always 1" and "you have no right to talk to me like this" and that "the customer is not always right" etc etc - this after my VERY civil/polite update/feedback to her, which, somehow, put her in attack mode. All I can say is WOW - paying an agency to make an experience hassle and stress-free and all one gets from the start, is stress!!! (even the VFS Official shook his head when he read what she promised us and didn't deliver. STAY AWAY from Linked Concierge/Linked SA and Lara!!! Can't believe her ship hasn't sunk yet, but then again, it seems like she's deleted all the Negative Reviews on her FB Page and only kept the ones where people sing her praises, instead of learning from her mistakes and politely apologise and not repeat those mistakes. WOW (again) - and not an impressed wow at all.
