Unserpassed Service, Rock solid product, super company to deal with!
Once in a while you come across a company that outperforms on all fronts. Loadshed Box is one of those very rare companies. From beginning to end a top notch, professional company. Jono was such a pleasure to deal with. Super advice was given, times were set and he was there to deliver on time. Keeping us fully informed along the way. Quick, no fuss, just perfect. We had a minor problem with the first unit and without any quibble Jonno was there in a flash to replace the unit with a brand new one. Even had the wheels we asked him to add. Quite simply an unsurpassed service! As for the products. Rock solid. Super price, awesome bang for bucks. Our unit has performed exactly as promised. We are extremely satisfied customers. I highly recommend this company!

Loadshed Box performs very well.
A big thank you to Jono and Loadshed Box for a great product. I recently purchased my second box from them due to increased Eskom loadshedding and was very impressed with their performance. In the past couple of months, our area has suffered numerous power outages, some lasting as long as 5 days. We were forced to utilize the generator to recharge our loadshed boxes and they recharged and perform with no ill effects. What a great product. Thanks Jono and Loadshed Box.

Loadshed Box performs very well.
A big thank you to Jono and Loadshed Box for a great product. I recently purchased my second box from them due to increased Eskom loadshedding and was very impressed with their performance. In the past couple of months, our area has suffered numerous power outages, some lasting as long as 5 days. Incredibly fast service - again!
I had reason to buy a second inverter solution. After six months flawless operation with my first LoadShed Box, it was a no-brainer. I ordered a single battery unit on Friday. It arrived on Monday! I installed it in time for the 18:00 loadsh*tting event on Monday. And I live in the boondocks. A great local-is-lekker company! Well done guys! Jono, thanks for the follow-up call to ask whether I received the unit and was satisfied. That's great PR.

Loadshed box will ease your load-shedding frustrations.
I'm a computer programmer who works from home. In that job, you can’t be effective on a 15” screen. The external big 4K screen is essential. Load-shedding makes the lack of a big screen incredibly frustrating. So, I broke the bank and bought a 1000w, 216ah system with a pure sine-wave inverter. The pure sine-wave is essential for high-tech devices. In the two load-shedding downtimes since installation, it performed perfectly. The load consisted of two large LED TVs, two PCs, two routers, DSTV Explorer, various chargers for phones/tablets. From the graphic display on the inverter, seems the battery capacity dropped to around 80% after two hours. We need to move to stage @#$% for that to be a problem. On the downside. The fans are quiet, but still a little annoying. They spin up every hour or so for 5-10 minutes while battery top-up is happening. After two hours of load-shedding the fans run for approx. four hours. Soft music would mask the sound, but I prefer silence. I have the box in the study, so moving it elsewhere will solve the problem. The bottom-line. They have a one-battery option, but I opted for two deep-cycle batteries in anticipation of more frequent and longer load-shedding. Bear in mind that deep cycle batteries are around R3k a pop. My total was over R8000 for the lot, including R700 delivery. Delivery in Gauties is free so you will save. Yes, it hurts, but the reduction in frustration with Eksdom will make up for it. Throughout the enquiry, order, and delivery process, the folks from https://loadshedbox.co.za were in touch and checking on the progress of delivery. I asked questions by email and got called back on cell phone to address the questions. Their customer service is exemplary and commendable. Local should be lekker. These guys make it so.
