I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service I received at the Absa Loch Logan branch in Bloemfontein. From the very beginning of opening an estate account, the process was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and efficiency that it truly exceeded my expectations. A special thank you goes to Tshegofatso and Amanda, whose attention to detail and deep knowledge of the product made the entire experience seamless. They took the time to carefully explain each step of the process, ensuring complete clarity and confidence. I lost my phone and I did a claim last year first week December..they keep me waiting until 2dy..they said I must bring affidavit and I did submit ..it took 7 days for the supervisor to check an affidavit and they still want me to do the third affidavit..I'm so disappointed

I bought a Luella top and skirt on the 3rd of March, decided not to wear it the following day after taking off the tags. I put the tags, slip and clothes back in the plastic. On the 20th I go to return m told there is no enough cash I should come the other day. Today I'm going again I'm asked by Merlize to leave the clothes for the store manager to check them tomorrow and why I took the tags off. They both amount to R1300.00. So meaning again for the the third time I have to go to the store and hear the outcome from the manager tomorrow. I'm not happy with the service I got as since from the 20th, it's fine when I buy but not OK when I return. Apart from that I have to take time and spend petrol again to go and hear what they decided. That is poor poor service that I have seen in my entire life. Foschini TFG please attend to the matter urgently.

We placed a order over the phone all to find the cashier donated them selfs 5× R2 for add hope with out consulting or even asking me if id want to donate.....seems also she is busy with fraud cos she rang up zinger wings n one side sauce...and then donated the 5 add hope R2......we ordered dunked wings n streetwise one.....8 items were rang up. The cashiers Name is agreement Tumelo.

On the 17/7/2020 at 13:00pm we were at Loch Logan we paid out ticket and wanted to buy cold drink at the cold drink machine, the machine took out R13.00 (B4), but didn’t give the Coca-cola we asked the federal lady that was working on the money machine she said we must asked the security, but he wasn’t there we went up to information that said we need to go to the Federal office we went there and then they said they don’t work on the machine we must asked the security so we went back again and asked the security that was there he also said he can’t open the machine at the end we left there without the Coca-cola or the money back. I’m very disappointed that no one could help us and we were send left and right without any luck,

They won't pay Pep in Loch Logan Waterfront out if Pep gets vouchers that you are supposed to be able to use in any shop in Loch Logan Waterfront. Pep thus doesn't accept Loch Logan Waterfront vouchers.
