WORST EVER you call them wait 10 minutes for them to answer your call and wait another 30 minutes to 40 minutes when they transfer your call, eventually they answer the call then drop the call as soon as you start speaking, happened 8 times they collect your parcel ad take forever to deliver, why do people use such a bad company with bad customer service ignore complaints from others over email and don't even answer the phone raiting should be NEGATIVE 100
Worst pick n pay ever express tills always helping people with more than 10 items, and never enough open tills
Been paying my account monthly at a reduced rate as explained countless times due to job loss, and continued to pay monthly then i got an sms saying i must pay or my number will be deleted , then they handed me over to debt collectors and deleted my number anyway
Phoned in to report a burst water pipe in the in newlands, and they ask me for account number, I don't have one so they just drop the call
