Absolutely abysmal. The quality is atrocious, and the service is even worse. I purchased two silent keyboard and mouse combos. The first mouse's clicker wore out after a year, and they refused to replace it. Foolishly, I bought a second one and registered the product. Just one month later, the new keyboard broke. Logitech's online support was utterly useless, keeping me on hold for over an hour only to tell me they couldn't help. This is the worst product and service I have ever encountered in my entire life. I will never recommend them to anyone. R2000 wasted in one year! STAY AWAY!

My first rechargeable laser Logitech mouse in 2003 if I recall correctly worked for more than 15 years under heavy use. In the last 18 months I am on my third mouse. Not a Logitech, because I had it. First one had button fail after 12 months, Second scroll wheel after 6months. The Second was a much more expensive wireless model. M650 I think. This morning I threw my 2 year old Logitech Keyboard against a wall. I was even shocked myself. I have never done this in 33 years working in IT. Piece of @#$

In a moment of anger I threw my logitech M171 with massive force against a wall, parts flew everywhere! Furthest was over 20m! (Battery) (Anger not due to the product) After ordering another one, I spent nearly 30 minutes finding all the parts, I thought I would assemble it just for the joke, since it only had one cracked clip, it all fit together again, and to my almost shock, it worked perfectly! Well done logitech!! I am amazed at how durable your product is!!

Terrible hardware, firstly mouse reciever is dead, plug into either linux or windows box, no device seen. Secondly buyed unifying receiver replacement, does not pair with M650 mouse. Tried sevral times, different logitech software versions etc. ****** expensive mouse is not even 6 months old. It is now in dustbin. Will never buy logitech again. Ever

I cannot find a place on Logitech's website or e-mail address where I can send a general support request. All of the options want a specific device or serial etc. All I want to say is, I have had several Logitech mouses. Currently using a M650 which works OK. I issue I have is I have huge hands, all the mouses on the market, caters for teeny tiny hands? Also when buying these online, there is no indication on packaging etc to show size?

I lost the receiver for my wireless Logitech G305 mouse. I looked online and found no replacement receivers for sale due to the receiver being proprietary to their gaming mice. (This means that the likely-hood of a dropped connection is infinitely small compared to a Bluetooth connection.) I reached out to their customer support via their provided number for South Africa, and was almost immediately put in contact with a support representative. This representative asked a few questions to verify the device model in question so that there was no confusion in the support process. I expressed my problem and was asked for proof of proof of purchase via email. From here on out my correspondence was via email with the same consultant who then requested that I wait for feedback on the matter. I was fully expecting to receive instructions on how to purchase a replacement receiver but received a notification that a parcel is on its way to my location via courier. Two days later, I received a receiver free of charge, shipped from the Netherlands with a warrantee extension. My mouse literally had 2 months of left on its original warrantee. This kind of service went far above and beyond what I expected from this company and it was one of the most pleasant surprises to have received the replacement item free of charge. I do not expect all customers to be treated the same, but they have taken a long time customer and cemented my belief in the quality of their products based on the fact that they will back it up with such a level of support. TL,DR; Same support consultant from start to finish. Simple and hassle free validation process. Surprise replacement of lost item at no charge. Customer for life.

The silent keyboard and mouse K295 set has been a wonderful experience to type with navigate. Accurate and ergonomic feel to both devices. I'd highly recommend the keyboard for anyone who prefers silence and light press keys. Best value for money.
