This business shows complete disregard for customers and basic consumer rights. They are quick to take orders and payment, but once the money is received, they go completely silent.
After 6 days, there has been absolutely no response to multiple emails. Messages sent to the only WhatsApp number provided are not even read, which strongly suggests deliberate avoidance. There is no communication, no updates, and no accountability whatsoever.
This conduct is in direct violation of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), including but not limited to:
Section 19 – Failure to deliver goods within the agreed or reasonable time
Section 22 – Failure to provide clear, transparent, and accessible communication
Section 54 – Failure to provide services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence
It is deeply ironic and unacceptable that a company trading in religious items operates with such blatant disregard for ethical standards.
Order #10793 remains undelivered. I am demanding a full refund. This matter must be resolved within 24 hours of this complaint being posted.
If there is no resolution within this timeframe, I will immediately escalate the matter to the National Consumer Commission and pursue all remedies available to me under the CPA.
Given the volume of similar complaints visible on Facebook and other platforms, this behaviour appears to be systemic. I strongly warn consumers to avoid this business entirely.
