Shocking lack of care and customer service!!

It should be possible to give NO stars, but as there I have given one star. This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with, and there have been a few!

I phoned on 20/06/24 to find out where my parcel was, that they received on 12/06/24. A lady said she would phone me back shortly, which didn't happen. I managed to get them on the phone, on my 18th try, today at around 12h49, only to have it confirmed that my parcel has been lost and they are 'investigating'. No apologies whatsoever, and in fact when I asked why it had taken my phone call with them to tell me. The lady got very uppity and told me "well ma'am deliver between 800 and 1000 parcels per day", as if that is MY problem!! If you can't handle your work load then don't take it on! Complete lack of care and NO customer service. Take responsibility.

To top it off their website isn't operational. Doesn't hat just tell you everything about them... need I say more.
