It should be possible to give NO stars, but as there I have given one star. This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with, and there have been a few! I phoned on 20/06/24 to find out where my parcel was, that they received on 12/06/24. A lady said she would phone me back shortly, which didn't happen. I managed to get them on the phone, on my 18th try, today at around 12h49, only to have it confirmed that my parcel has been lost and they are 'investigating'. No apologies whatsoever, and in fact when I asked why it had taken my phone call with them to tell me. The lady got very uppity and told me "well ma'am deliver between 800 and 1000 parcels per day", as if that is MY problem!! If you can't handle your work load then don't take it on! Complete lack of care and NO customer service. Take responsibility. To top it off their website isn't operational. Doesn't hat just tell you everything about them... need I say more.
I have still NOT received my refund for the cancelled Justin Bieber concert, which I booked and paid for over a year ago on 03/12//2021. I have been assured that the refund will be done, but after a request to my bank, Nedbank, who completed an audit right back to the date of the ticket purchase in 2021, they have assured them me that to date no refund has been received. There seems to be no way to contact Ticketmaster i.e. no contact number and it is very difficult to find an email address or to get a reply if you are lucky enough to find an address! I am beyond disgusted with the way this was handled and I really could have done with that money over the Christmas period.
I have had no WiFi connection for 2 full days now and there are 3 of us working from home! My job is contract so 'no work no pay' for me! We logged a call at 8.30am on Monday 25th April. We phoned a further 3 times with no resolution. Today we phoned again and and asked for a Supervisor. They promised that Edith would phone us back within 30 mins. No call received! We phoned again at around 1pm and they promised to phone back before close of business... it's now 7pm and we are still waiting. The lack of service and attention is absolutely shocking.. Unacceptably poor service!
<p>Within 20 mins of posting a complaint about the 2 x Seattle Freeze's that I ordered, a representative of the company had phoned me and sorted out my complaint to my satisfaction. Great customer care service from Seattle Coffee Co!!</p>
<p>I have been a great fan of Seattle Coffee Co for years.... and still am, but, I have just had 2 the worst 2 Freezes ever at the Caltex North Star Garage on Witkoppen Road!!! I always have freezes and know what they taste like so I ordered a Butterscotch, which is my favourite, but it just tasted like the normal Seattle Freeze (i.e. coffee) and the Fudge Freeze, which tasted liked milky water with no hint of sweetness. The lady insisted that she had made them correctly even though I am there every week and know what they should taste like! I have had them there many times but I think the new lady didn't know how to make them. I feel so annoyed and wont go back there are long as that lady is making the freezes....</p>
