The mark of a great business who wants to protect its reputation is how they deal with feedback when something goes wrong with an order. I recently ordered a dessert for a very special occasion from LBC (something I had ordered in the past). When it was not 100% what I had expected, I informed Maryna of this and she not only arranged for a full refund, but also for a replacement.
