Unsatisfied customer We bought a Mazda CX5 (Numberplate: HL72ZD. GP) from Luhan Auto. The car looked fine when we went for the first test drive. The Salesman said that they only needed to fix the little scratches on the bonnet of the car. We accepted it and went through with the purchase. The next day we were able to pick up our new car at the showroom. We were very happy with the quick service. Later that evening my husband went to check the car and noticed that there might have been work done to the car. Only to find that the car was in a massive accident. Some panels were missing, the crashbar was replaced, the engine number did not match the original engine number the car came with, the cabels of the car was ‘fixed’, but in a terrible state and there was a funny powdery smell in the car (as if the airbags deployed). My husband bought the car for me and our little boy, because he wanted a safer car. We almost went on holiday with the car. On Christmas day we had to take the car back. The Salesman proclaimed that he did not know of any accidents and was ‘surprised’ when he saw that the engine numbers did not match. Aren’t you supposed to know the product you are selling? According to the salesman the car had a 101 point check as well as a Dekra report, so I cannot imagine that this was not picked up. The Car is Still on their website and on cars.co.za.

Best customer service ever received. Bought a Toyota 86 from them, drove it home. I found out that same day that there were a few things wrong with it. I then immediately gave them a call and they were happy to fix the problems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a second hand car.

Good morning, I have bought a vehicle on the 15th Nov 2019 for R549,000.00 and the vehicle had few minor defects, on sat 8/2/2020 the vehicle failed starring rack which resulted in the vehicle being involved in a small accident with minor body damage. The dealership is refusing to fix the vehicle on their expense saying they do not cover mechanical defects on the vehicle, aubrey@lasevcc.co.za

This group has such wonderful hearts and are always willing to help. I bought a Polo 1.2 TDI Bluemotion from them on the 2nd of May 2018 about 35 days later the temperature light went on twice within 24 hours and after refilling it. Took the car to my own preferred mechanic just to find out the 'Oil Filter housing" was broken, got the invoice of R8000 and realised I won't be able to cover it myself and that I didn't take a warranty option, called the Dealership and they exceeded my expectations by be willing to assist and pay 2/3rds of the invoice. What a bunch of guys and what a team!! Without any hassle or anything!!! God bless those guys!!! A Special thanks to Albert the Manager! May God bless your family!!!

I bought a Ford Kuga 2013 1.6 Autotrend Ecoboost AWD from Luhan Auto in July.

They've advertised the fuel consumption to be on average @ 7.7l/100km.

I only get 12,5l/100km. A variance of 62%.

I've tried everything to try and improve it. - Drove 80km on highway, reloaded new software at Ford Fury Midrand twice. I can't get the fuel usage below 12l/100km.

I only get 450km with a 62l tan****!

I bought this vehicle because of the supposed low fuel consumption.

There is definitely a defect on this car.

This fuel consumption is not normal, but they refuse to help me to try and fix ore exchange it for another vehicle on their floor or money refund.

Luhan Auto just tells me that it is not their problem.

They've got their money and now there is no after sales service.
