I bought a motorcycle from them a few months ago, and I must say that everything from start to finish was a pleasant experience. I worked with Dylan and JP, and the service I received from them was top quality. What I really appreciated was their professionalism, transparency, and willingness to go out of their way to make a deal that worked for me. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about buying a secondhand motorcycle because I had never done that before, but I've been riding the one I bought from them for a few months now, and I have had absolutely no issues. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.
They are my preferred tyre shop even though they are a 40mins drive from where I stay. They are honest and take accountability for their mistakes. They made a mistake with fixing my tyres and I only realised it 2 weeks later. They were then happy to fix it free of charge after I explained the situation.
Do not use them. They are liars and do not honor their commitments. They make appointments without showing up. Rather fix your appliance yourself. They will just waste your time.
If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. The driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address and Fastway Couriers don't provide any help to recover the parcel. I would rather collect my parcel myself before I use them again.
Excellent service. There is one that I'm not happy with, I left three messages over the span of a week, and my account manager did not get back to me. I only got a response when I got angry and stubborn. But, all and all - I'm happy with the service. I will take my BMW there again when the next service is due. I would've given a 5 star if the customer engagement was better.
Excellent service!! I took 3 of my 18" BMW rims to be repaired. They repaired 2 in a day, but the 3rd one was badly buckled, so it took about a week to fix it. One of the workshop guys then made a plan and borrowed me a rim so that I at least have my car for the week. If you have an expensive taste in cars and want everything about your car to be flawless, I would definitely recommend Wheel Collision Johannesburg to repair your damaged rims.
Do not use them if you have a choice. If they did not have the monopoly in my estate, I would choose someone that is more reliable during load shedding. They brag that their fibre is always on, even during load shedding. I've been with them for two months now, and I've never had an active internet connection when the power is off(Yes, I have a backup power supply). I've called technical support, and all that the guy told me was that Herotel doesn't have the correct batteries and that load shedding is a problem for us all and that I should get used to it. I am very unhappy with their service and customer support. Customers get fibre because of its reliability during power outages. If you want fibre, shop around Herotel fibre is not one of the reliable ones.
I went on property24, and I found an apartment that I wanted to rent. I then contacted the agent, which was Align Property. I talked to the agent Siya who said that everything was in order and that I should pay my deposit which was R14 000 at the time. I then paid the deposit, and after that, I struggled to get the lease agreement out of him. I then started to think that it might be a scam, so I contacted property24 and the EAAB, and they assured me that Align property was legit and that they had all the papers. I then wanted to go and visit them so that I could meet the guys face to face, but I couldn't find them at their address where they say that they are located on their website. I then made a few calls and found out that they applied for office space where they say they are located, but their application was denied. I then started to panic because this was a week before I needed to move in on the 1st of February 2022. I then called the agent(Siya) again and explained the urgency of the matter and that I needed the lease agreement and the keys to the new apartment. Then three days before I needed to move into the new apartment and out of my old one. He then told me that he could not help me anymore and that I should make another plan. I then launched a complaint with the EAAB. He then called me angrily and said that I should withdraw the complaint or he would get lawyers and drag the case on for three years. I then withdrew my complaint. He then said that I would have my money back before April 2022. I still don't have my money back. If you want an agency that you can hold accountable, this one is not it. I'm also very unhappy with property24 that they allow such agencies on their platform, and when something like this happens, they tell you that they can do nothing about it, and all they need to do is check if the agency is registered with the EAAB. Be wise, do your homework first, and do not assume that respectable companies like Property24 will do the work for you.

Best customer service ever received. Bought a Toyota 86 from them, drove it home. I found out that same day that there were a few things wrong with it. I then immediately gave them a call and they were happy to fix the problems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a second hand car.
