Hi. Just sharing my experience in case it helps anyone considering buying from Lumilia.

I purchased the Lumilia Lux from Lumilia last year. I had some challenges in the beginning, but I emailed them a few times, and every message was answered, I tried calling and they picked up and helped immediately, and I even sent a few WhatsApps, where they rep**** quickly and guided me step by step.

Honestly, this was better value than going to a salon because the support was solid, the process was clear, and I felt properly looked after.

The device works extremely well and has been worth every cent. It’s definitely not a waste of money.

They were professional from start to finish. They were friendly while I was purchasing, and they stayed just as helpful afterwards, making sure I was getting results and understood how to use it correctly.

I would absolutely recommend this company, and I’d buy from them again.
