Disgraceful

I wish there was a 0 rating for this company. I paid so much money for a nice Christmas present for my husband. I placed my order last year October. Firstly, they asked me for my address. The parcel was not delivered to my address as stated on the form. That wasn't the worst part! When I received my order, it was one of those plastic toy teeth that kids normally wear for Halloween. I sent an email to the company complaining and asked for my money back as it did state 'money back guaranteed'. Sadly, I received a response from AI named Hammad. He responded with the following...
