Furniture never delivered
This company is 1 con furniture warehouse. I paid them R13000 for a king size and a 3 seater couch since August 2023 nothing g has been delivered. I reported to Consumer commission and had a lawyer who wrote them a letter of demand which they ignored. They are not even afraid of the law. They piece of **** bags that do not deserve any form of business support. People, please be careful of these *******

Worst ever company to do business with. i paid deposit in November for a couch but up until now have not received it. When i call no answer and funny enough when you chat with a different number they attend to you. Somehow you think its ***** and whoever is the owner if you see this review please attend to our cries because you are losing business. I do not recommend doing business with these guys these are semi ******

This company is a ****
I paid a deposit of R10 000 for a set of couches in September 2023. I never received them. I have been to call them and they are not answering any of my calls. Do not waste your money on them.

THEFT!
I ordered a couch and paid the deposit. There were lots of comms with them during this process. As soon as i had paid my deposit, i was unable to contact them, and have still not been able to get hold of anyone in the company! This is first degree theft!

THEFT!
I ordered a couch and paid the deposit. There were lots of comms with them during this process. As soon as i had paid my deposit, i was unable to contact them, and have still not been able to get hold of anyone in the company! This is first degree theft!

Poor performance by Luxulia Furniture
I paid a deposit in August 23. I am still waiting for my couches. Empty promises everyday. They do not deliver. Never ever buy anything from them. All i want is my deposit now, not the couches anymore

Paid the deposit and was told to come and collect on the certain day which I went and only got there to be told the couch is not ready. Left and kept on waiting and was called to Come and collect on a certain day again and went there the couch was not ready waited the whole day for the couch to be completed. Got the couch that day and the arm rest area broke. And the Linen was worn out within the week after paying 2000 extra for it. Don't wast your money
