Unprofessional Behavior
I put in a notice to cancel my contract on the 22nd of November with the final payment coming out in December. To my surprise when I called yesterday to confirm my cancelation there was no cancelation initiated on the system. The gentlement I spoke to understood and acknowledge that it was an error on their side as the cancelation is suppose to be December and if he put it in it will be only in Jan and I will need to call today and one of the Managers was going to override the cancelation to December. Today I call and Zama tells me she can't assist with that and is imposible what i was advised yesterday and tells me all her supervisors are on the meetings and continues to put me on hold until I drop the phone

Paid the deposit and was told to come and collect on the certain day which I went and only got there to be told the couch is not ready. Left and kept on waiting and was called to Come and collect on a certain day again and went there the couch was not ready waited the whole day for the couch to be completed. Got the couch that day and the arm rest area broke. And the Linen was worn out within the week after paying 2000 extra for it. Don't wast your money

JUST BAD
Problems started when it was claiming time, Got the call that they can only paymet R2600.00 and the rest was supposed to pay from my pocket which is not stated in the policy document. Then after agreeing to pay the difference they took two days to pay my claim. After some time when i wanted to cancel their number kept on putting me on hold and when i initially got someone the call would drop. Finally got through their call center. And was quoated a cancellation fee without taking into conisderation the differnence between the sum of the amount i paid which was more than the sum of the claims amount they paid.

Horrible Company
If it was possible to give them 0 Star i would. Once you pay your deposit just forget about getting it back. Horrible Company this one
