I need to applaud this sales agent Ayanda Chonco very calm knowledgeable and friendly and very convincing. Like the conversation i had with her telling me about the products and benefits they have for a car insuarance as am shopping around but the only challenge she had could not meet my current subscription i have but she promised to speak to management and see if she can meet and make it better once she does that am definately moving over. Well done Ayanda hope to be in business soon. Love your attitude keep it up.
I am disappointed i submitted a claim for the first time and i understand my account was behind but by the time i submitted it was upto date and funny enough it was declined but it was my first and last time dealing with them as they seem not to make exception even though you have been with them for a long time and now am searching around for another company that has more benefits will advise not to go with these guys though they are cheap so does their service as well.

Worst ever company to do business with. i paid deposit in November for a couch but up until now have not received it. When i call no answer and funny enough when you chat with a different number they attend to you. Somehow you think its ***** and whoever is the owner if you see this review please attend to our cries because you are losing business. I do not recommend doing business with these guys these are semi ******
The worst ever customer care. All along my service with Mukuru was fantastic. Woke up my card was not working thought it was the chip went got another one it worked perfectly. One day woke up my profile is gone can not access my profile can not create orders or redeem vouchers into my account fast forward requested a call and on a good day they are quick to call you which was impressive asked me security questions one question that kept on even after 10 agents calling was when did i join Mukuru like really!!!!!! after failing that question the agents will hang up because they can not go ahead. One lady asisted me cant remeber her name and advised she will escalate my issue because there is a duplicate profile how it happened and why pick it up now i dont know. was asked to send proof of identity plus holding it whuch i did. then was told all is sorted. when i tried accessing my profile was told i need to change my number the problem started of that question that i kept on failing was advised to send my copy of id and also holding it. i was asked how much i have in my bank account how do i access it when i can not access my profile was told to send email to wallet and request for bank statement. what kind of service are you rendering to your clients failing to resolve a simple issue, Please can i have my matter resolved these are the ticket numbers (6500788...6499706...6500366....6500236.......6498917) i have received and nothing has been done i want my profile and funds back into my card and also get my card working.
Worst online service. Bought some stuff and it is now more than 3 weeks no communication to keep you updated. It is my first and last to buy from them. Not happy at all. They put their phone number that does not even allow calls in so what is the point of displaying. **** service.
I cancelled the 5G I had due to connectivity issues at it never worked only a quarter of the month will have little connection. Please refund as I have stopped using your services months back and I did cancel using the app and notified you the reason why so please come and collect your router and sim card but please refund me before you come collect and you can check when I last used your services. Tried to upgrade to your premium it was worse nothing I tried to use get connection so please refund and come get your router. Thank you.
