I signed for their "cancel anytime" offer - while I was in the UK for 2 months. I've left the uk now, but they still keep billing me, and they reply to 1 in 4 emails, with "please confirm cancellation" then ignore the confirmation. start again.

I switched to lycamobile a month ago and I'm so happy to have great signal wherever I go. Most affordable data prices in SA, I love the free minutes. Easy to manage and top up with the app and super convenient.

No business ethics what so ever they are operating a scam. I bought a price plan for R29 national plan which they said if with give me 30 minutes 1,2GBP and 300 sms But I got 30minutes 300mbps 300 sms that is a scam fraud. And all these price plan are still visible even on there website. To show that where can you choose I even took a screen shot today. Unfortunately there isn't an option for attachment here. I wanted to attach the screen. My lycamobile number is 065 420 7566 I still want the value I was promised on the website.

Lycamobile is an unethical business because (1) the prices on the same information on their pamphlets, that from their agents both in their call centre and those selling their products and those accessed on the mobile phone line all differ from the price a customer is charged after effecting payment; (2) they make promises verbally and in writing which they do not honour; (3) they do not abide with ICASA ruling on data alleging that the ruling is not profitable to Lycamobile

brilliant service got the simcard as soon as i put it in my phone it was connected to the network and work perfectly. only problem i have is that i cant keep my vodacom number but spoke to customer care and they are in the proses to be able to do sim porting and as soon as its available i will receive a sms

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! Do not join this mobile networ****!!! The staff is utterly incompetent and not willing to help!! Do not buy from them!!! We bought a SIM card more than a week ago and paid more than 50 euro! The service is still not active. All we know is that something is wrong with our documents, we have made multiple calls, emails and now at the point where we give up!!! I request a full refund!! I will also be laying a full complaint and will leave multiple bad review. The service has been shocking! I want my money back!! Today!! Get this sorted!!!
