No business ethics what so ever they are operating a scam. I bought a price plan for R29 national plan which they said if with give me 30 minutes 1,2GBP and 300 sms But I got 30minutes 300mbps 300 sms that is a scam fraud. And all these price plan are still visible even on there website. To show that where can you choose I even took a screen shot today. Unfortunately there isn't an option for attachment here. I wanted to attach the screen. My lycamobile number is 065 420 7566 I still want the value I was promised on the website.
Dstv multichoice not providing us with service for over a week now this is not right.
Good day I bought 10Gig data for my router on the 24/11/2017 which normally lasts me for a month for R250. Well not this time around as I got message stating that I am out of bundle. I called Telkom call centre 04/12/2017 to query this and I was told my day data if finished. Never have I finished 10Gigs in less than 2 weeks not even a month Kindly request that they check problem on there end as I want my DATA back.
