Super impressed with their service! I ordered a printer yesterday mid-morning and it was shipped from Irene in Gauteng and delivered to me in Cape Town this morning! The next day!!! I can't pick my jaw up off the floor. Great comms from The Courier Guy and helpful support from EveryMonday when I called in. And their price beat Makro by R2500! I will certainly order from them again.
Carmen their sales lady was extremely devious in getting to our technical person. She **** about the nature of her call. We will never work with them.
I am very unhappy that Lyca Mobile is not able to issue an invoice for the top up amounts I purchased when overseas. As a result, I cannot capture these as business expenses.

My daughter's locked checked in bag had the lock forced open at either Cape Town International Airport, or Lanseria, on Sunday 9th June, between 9:40am and 12:55 pm. While nothing had been stolen, I want some accountability from the company who is charged with handling people's baggage on a daily basis. What measures are you putting in place to STOP this and to catch and charge the culprits?
