Poor Magdiel Printers Scammer
Very bad service, I ordered a banner 4 weeks ago and until today it has not been delivered. I paid courier fee but I get all sorts of lies from them that courier mad e a mistake they will rectify. No answer to all phone calls, no communication... SCAM please do not order from them

Poor Magdiel Printers Scammer

Magdiel Printing Shock
I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life, I ordered banners and car magnets from them, the delivery was scheduled for Thursday, which turned into friday which turned into saturday, their so called driver was using public transport and didnt know his way around Johannesburg, he was asking me how much his taxi fare would be. when he finally arrived, he had only banners with him, he didnt have my car magnets, the banners are so badly done, my logo looks streched and blury. None of the people in this company have called to update me about the car magnets or to find out if all was in order. i called Lwazi, the COO countless times on Saturday and he eventually told me he was somewhere and cannot answer his phone. I want them to take their banners back and refund me my money.

Pathetic Product Delivery
I ordered a gazebo side as a replacement for an order that was messed up. I finally got the product after nagging for about 5 months. I wish this allowed me to post photos. The gazebo side consisted of 3 pieces of dirty s**** material that were sewn together (not even straight), it was then printed on (not the correct design) and that was it. No edging, no clips or valcro to connect this to the gazebo. I

Worst Service
Not sure where to begin with the worst service EVER! In July we ordered A5 prints that came on the last minute after ordering them in advance, they were all cut skew and the colour was printed wrong. We had to go to another company to get them printed (thankfully they were correct as the company is organised). Magdiel wouldn't give us a refund for the horrendous job they had done. Instead said can't they print something else for us as they are a small business and can't afford to refund us. Fine - I ordered a gazebo side for our gazebo (this was in July) it is almost the end of November and I still don't have the gazebo side. I message Lwazi almost everyday and when he does reply says the delivery would be either that day or the next day!! I am still waiting.. Never have I received such terrible service and lies! We had wanted to use them exclusively for all our company branding and printing, guess they have lost out.

Cheap and Nasty
Purchased Pull-up banners and discovered that they were stiched with sellotape at the bottom to make up the slack. Upon deploying the banners at an event, the merged pieces ripped apart. I have not had any recourse despite several requests to have these repaired. It was literally an exercise of hopping between excuses and lack of response or accountability. If you are looking for cheap and nasty products bundled with similar service, these are the right guys for you. I went for cheap and paid the price.
