**** OPERATION!! HUGE REGRET!
<div>I paid for a product a more than a more ago, been waiting ever since. The support email does not respond, calls to the line on the website rings unanwered and when I eventually got through, I could hear chatter for a few seconds followed by silence yet the call count is running.</div>

The customer service was seamless
The customer service was seamless. Agent I spoke to was both patient and attentive. Managed to assist satisfactorily.

Unimaginable nonsense
Autovision Zambezi contacted me after I had advertised my car on Autotrader offering a consignment deal to have my car on their floor for sale. They dragged out the timelines agreed on to have the car sold by almost 5 months and when I went to retrieve my car, the crook of the old man (owner) offered to purchase my car at a ridiculous amount. When I told him the price is too low, he insisted that I bring him the Natis document first and only then he will meet my asking price. After I handed the Natis, he did a whole denial scene and paid less than what was agreed on with his sales manager. I then had to endure 2 weeks of lies about the balance being until I decided to drive to their shop. Once I got there, he and his little protege of what seems to be his son tried to physically intimidate me and threated to throw me out of their container/office which was laughable to say the least. A bunch of crooks and liars. They will sell you stories while pointing fingers at each other but all you will end up with is a run around until you get frustrated. This seems to be their brainless strategy to deter customers from pursuing what they owe to the customer. If you have an appetite for donating money or your car to utter nonsense then you have come to the right place. In actuality, I feel sorry for them as a family/excuse for a dealership. The level of arrogance, ignorance and lack of appreciation for consequences in that shop is beyond any help.

Cheap and Nasty
Purchased Pull-up banners and discovered that they were stiched with sellotape at the bottom to make up the slack. Upon deploying the banners at an event, the merged pieces ripped apart. I have not had any recourse despite several requests to have these repaired. It was literally an exercise of hopping between excuses and lack of response or accountability. If you are looking for cheap and nasty products bundled with similar service, these are the right guys for you. I went for cheap and paid the price.
