I purchased an item via their website, made payment, got an email confirmation about my order, waited for the order to be delivered, nothing has come through, the order was placed in May 2023, I have emailed them countless times, I have also called them with no success. can someone please assist with this
I bought things from Westpark lifestyle in Rynfield today, it was a pleasant experience until I got home and went through my slip to find that I had been charged R480 for walnuts I didn't even buy or receive, I had a lot of things going on when I was at the till as there was potential client who kept asking me questions and she distracted me, I'm sure the cashier thought I was an easy target. I will never buy from there again, ever
My car battery was flat and I had to call AA for assistance, the call was fairly smooth and the call centre agent assisted me timeously, I immediately received an sms notifying me that Fanie le Roux was dispatched to assist me, Fanie arrived at my house within 30 minutes after my call, and my nightmare started, firstly he was so rude telling me about my small battery and making unnecessary recommendations, after I reminded him that Iwas a client and he needed to respect me, he put his hands up and told me that he will do as I say, he then went on to take pictures of my car, of the interior, steering wheel, things I knew are not a requirement from AA, my greatest concern is my safety and the safety of my car, firstly my car is an import, and I was hijacked 2 months ago and the thieves dismantled some parts in the car, thus I cant start it with a key, Fanie took pictures of all those parts, I have no idea what he plans to do with those pictures, I am rattled by the total disrespect and attitude Fanie gave me, I am so shocked that AA is associated with such service providers.
I don't even know why i still get shocked by the appauling service one receives from Cell C, I called their contact centre countless times in May asking for a statement for my account, i eventually received the statement, I immediately setup a stop order in my account to go off every month, the account was paid in May, i was shocked to get a debit order also going off, after 5 days i receive a call from their lawyers that my account has been handed over, bare in mind that all this is happening without Cell C ever sending me an communication about anything, i informed the lawyers that i am paying Cell C directly, they asked for the proof of payment and i sent it, things went quiet then another debit order was deducted in July, now on the 2nd of August i receive an email from the lawyers that my account hasnt been paid and that they will register a default against my name with the credit beraux, Can someone at Cell C please do their job, you cannot debit our accounts and claim we are not paying you, you cannot hand us over to lawyers unlawfully!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The worst service I've ever received, my service got suspended at 5.30, i quickly logged onto my capitec account and made the payment, normally the dstv system updates automatically but that didn't happen this time, so i called their contact centre, the consultant told me to send the proof of payment and gave me an email address to use, i sent the pop 4 times just to make sure, i got 4 automatic responses, after 30 min my tv was still not working so i called the call centre again, this time my husband took the phone, and the consultant's name is Siphiwe, my husband explained the reason for our call, Sphiwe told him we need to send the proof of payment, we told him we already did 4 times, he put us on hold for more than 10 minutes while he checked the inbox, he then came back and said our proof of payment has a lot of words and we must send one that has money not words, my husband told him that we wont do that, Sphiwe then said then he wont be able to open our service, my husband asked to speak to his superior, he said there was no one available, they were all in a meeting, my husband informed him that he will hold on, Sphiwe then said but the supervisor will tell you the same thing i'm telling you, my husband insisted to speak to the supervisor, then Sphiwe asked him to hold on and put us on hold, we held on for just over an hour without anyone attending to us, to say i am appaulled by this is an understatement, I cannot believe such service exists in the world and that we are just supposed to take it as customers, I need someone to attend to this complaint as soon as possible before i cancel my subsciption.
I received such awesome service from Dobonairs Northmead today, placed my order online for collection, i was pleasantly surprised when i arrived 15 minutes later to find that my order wasn't just ready, but one of the ladies recognised me (with my facemask on)from the door and brought my order to me, excellent and personal service i have never received anywhere else, Keep up the good work!!
I have been a client for Capitec for more than 5 years and recommend it to anyone who cares to listen, I was excited to learn that they offer better payment holiday to the clients who have loans with them, yesterday 23 June i decided to call them and enquire about this, a friendly consultant helped me through the process and everything was done on his side, i received a confirmation of the new agreement, to my shock today 24 June the normal installment goes off in my account, i call Capitec and a friendly consultant named Phumzile explains what might have gone wrong and i ask her to redo everything to kick in next month, unfortunately i ran out of airtime and our line got cut off, i called again and asked for Phumzile, the lady now tells me they are working remotely so she can't transfer me, to which i agree to start from scratch with her, she was rude and just cold, not wanting to explain anything and telling me there's no payment holiday but reduced installments, i am with her for 15 minutes, she then tells me this can't be done until tomorrow because we have to wait for the statement to update on their side, i am so dissapointed at the service i received and the money i spent on these futile calls, it's unfortunate that i don't remember this lady's name because her tone and attitude was very unprofessional making it seem as if i am asking her to do me favours.
Worst Online Shopping Service Ever I bought items on 17 December 2019, expecting delivery within 5 days, i didn't receive anything, i kept getting emails that the order was out on delivery, i called the contact center and someone always said they'll get back to me but never did. the order was then divided into 3, i got the first two parcels on the 2nd January, the 3rd parcel still hasnt arrived, today 8 Jan i receive an email stating that they've received my returned parcel, i called in again to enquire, was told the courier didn't find anyone at my house. i am so dissapointed wih TFG, i normally order online because it is convenient but i will never make that mistake again. no one owns up to the nonsense, you are just told that the system says this and that. no apology nothing
I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life, I ordered banners and car magnets from them, the delivery was scheduled for Thursday, which turned into friday which turned into saturday, their so called driver was using public transport and didnt know his way around Johannesburg, he was asking me how much his taxi fare would be. when he finally arrived, he had only banners with him, he didnt have my car magnets, the banners are so badly done, my logo looks streched and blury. None of the people in this company have called to update me about the car magnets or to find out if all was in order. i called Lwazi, the COO countless times on Saturday and he eventually told me he was somewhere and cannot answer his phone. I want them to take their banners back and refund me my money.
It's a pity there is no 0 star rating, I am appauled by the service I received from Edgars online, I ordered something online in 2018, paid for it and waited for delivery, i received no communication from Edgars until the 2nd May 2019, I received an email informing me to go collect my parcel, I responded and informed Kevin Mc Bride that i will not be collecting as the parcel is more than a year old, I asked for a refund, then the back and forth of emails started, today it is the 6th June, i still haven't received my money back nor has this Kevin done anything about my complaint. Will someone at Edcon please have the decency to assist me
