I am so disgusted and disappointed at the response I got from the "manager" at the Burgundy store when I complained that my pizza was cold and soggy. He laughed at me, blamed the driver, said what am I talking about, was arrogant and rude and blamed every other person for bad quality food.
According to him, In the 4 min drive from burgundy to Richwood my pizza got ice cold and soggy and according to Sia(the manager) it's because I used the uber eats app. His exact words were "we have our own driver but you chose to use uber eats" I said I could literally walk to his store and he said then why don't you (SERIOUSLY)
Worst experience ever, I tried calling to resolve the problem, he didn't want to assist, he was argumentative, rude and arrogant, laughing at my irritation.
