This is an ongoing issue after receiving defective jeans, and clearly the agents dont care. So i eventually heard back, dealing with Adrian, sent all pics and was promised a replacement as you can see below: We appreciate the clarity in the images shared and focus of the concerning points, may we arrange a collection for you and if so please confirm your availability and verify the collection address/contact info? I will be happy to facilitate a refund or if you may interested we can ship out an alternative item as we do not have availability of a direct replacement. this was from Adrian Then NUREESA from levis changed her mind, PLEASE NOTE THE PANTS HAVE HOLES IN THEM, BY THE POCKET. But Nureesa refuses to replace the BROKEN LEVIS 501 JEANS as you can see without any explanation : Please be advised that, unfortunately, we are unable to replace the jeans. However, we can submit a return and refund request for you. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused, we would like to offer you a 15% discount to use on your next purchase.
Excellent service, fast delivery and superb quality. I delt with Clarisse from Baywest mall branch and her service was impeccable, she was helpful and friendly and on top of everything. A special mention for their delivery service who went over and above to help get my sofas into my house as it couldn't fit through the front door, they really went the extra mile.
I have always been a fan of Hisense (my whole household is hisense, fridge, freezers, everything) until last week when i ordered some stuff and they were not in working order. I purchased a dishwasher and was instantly disappointed, it was delivered broken, tech will be out to repair on Monday (apparently?) Same applies to the the soundbar, got it all set up and then The volume on the soundbar is almost non existent, my phone is louder. I really expected more.
Online purchase of 501 jeans, the pockets have holes in them where they are sown on, i don't dare calling the call center because they dont respond, i have dealt with that before.
Amazing food, great atmosphere, friendly staff and some really great daily specials, its great for a family meal, girls nights out or date night. They have never disappointed me. One of my favorite places to go for both breakfast and dinner.
The staff at Coastal are amazingly helpful and super friendly, service always with a smile. Helpful, informative and delivery is fast and without any issues. They always go over and above to keep clients happy, if on the off chance that there is an issue it is rectified immediately. If i could give more stars i would, definitely the best Pet Store in Port Elizabeth.

On Thursday I ordered brisket via Dash Delivery, the quality was disgusting, just fat. I logged a complaint online, got a ref number and was told they will get back to me once they are available. I am still waiting for the email or call or something. An item I didn't use, and that expired the next day so I definitely couldn't use it. So no meat and no refund just a half ****d sarcastic "apology" stating that they are sorry that the beef was not what I had hoped for. HOPED FOR? SERIOUSLY!!! I EXPECTED better service and quality from Woolworths, after all, that's what we pay for, if I wanted an inferior product I could have gone to the local supermarket (I'd probably have gotten better service)
Disappearing credit (not used for purchases) payment not reflecting even on the monthly statement, when phoning in the query, calls get dropped, emails ignored only automatic responses. This is going on all week, we phoned 6 times in 1 day, the consultant ALWAYS drops the call, never calls back. So after holding for 10 minutes, answering security questions, then explain the problem he/she cuts the call 🤯😡😡 THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SORTED OUT
I am so disgusted and disappointed at the response I got from the "manager" at the Burgundy store when I complained that my pizza was cold and soggy. He laughed at me, blamed the driver, said what am I talking about, was arrogant and rude and blamed every other person for bad quality food. According to him, In the 4 min drive from burgundy to Richwood my pizza got ice cold and soggy and according to Sia(the manager) it's because I used the uber eats app. His exact words were "we have our own driver but you chose to use uber eats" I said I could literally walk to his store and he said then why don't you (SERIOUSLY) Worst experience ever, I tried calling to resolve the problem, he didn't want to assist, he was argumentative, rude and arrogant, laughing at my irritation.
