Six Pack Containing Five

I am visiting my parents and find out from my dad while grabbing an ice-cream, that Magnum have not gotten back to him in three years, I was dumbfounded and asked howcome, he said he had purchased a six pack of Magnum Mini's as he always does and found that a box contained only five, he then called Magnum and was assured it will be investigated, since not hearing back for a month he decided to follow up, and was told it has been escalated, and from that time have not heard back from anyone.

I find this to be very shocking and pethetic customer support, I mean he still purchases ice-cream regurarly and I think he should at least be contacted and compensated.
