More ice less cream!
Purchased the magnum sticks together with the pints, the sticks were broken and the pints were filled with about 40% of ice! Absolutely disgusted that we spent close to R600 on ice cream for the family that wasn’t to standard

More ice less cream!
Purchased the magnum sticks together with the pints, the sticks were broken and the pints were filled with about 40% of ice! Absolutely disgusted that we spent close to R600 on ice cream for the family that wasn’t to standard

Six Pack Containing Five
I am visiting my parents and find out from my dad while grabbing an ice-cream, that Magnum have not gotten back to him in three years, I was dumbfounded and asked howcome, he said he had purchased a six pack of Magnum Mini's as he always does and found that a box contained only five, he then called Magnum and was assured it will be investigated, since not hearing back for a month he decided to follow up, and was told it has been escalated, and from that time have not heard back from anyone. I find this to be very shocking and pethetic customer support, I mean he still purchases ice-cream regurarly and I think he should at least be contacted and compensated. Although I know we will not get a response, I will share his details his contact number is 065 876 4506 and his name is Ivan.

Think and crisp chocolate layers and creamy deliciousness on the inside.
I am so impressed with Magnum recently. Who doesn't love a stick of Magnum ice cream every now and then .I just purchased a white almond ice cream (my go to favorite) and was so impressed about how think and crisp their chocolate coating has been lately and this was the 3rd time I have realised it. At first I thought I just got a good one but realised Magnum probably changed their recipe. Well what ever it is . Keep them think chocolate layers coming Magnum ??????

Terrible product and service
I purchased a few magnums that was broken, covered in ice and the ice cream was watered down. I lodged a complaint via email, I was promised a reimbur*****t a week ago and now Unilever has gone silent, they have not responded to my emails. I am extremely disappointed in the product and most importantly the service. These ice creams are not pocket change, they are the most expensive you find in a freezer when you walk into a store. I expected better.

Magnum is a real treat!
A real treat. Seductive. Pleasurable. Irresistable. Just make sure my store doesn't run out of my favourite because I need my fix. It gives me such a kick and keeps me in a good morning and at a high all day. How can you not be happy after eating a Magnum? Unique and definitely my guilty secret because I'm diabetic!
