I purchased a few magnums that was broken, covered in ice and the ice cream was watered down. I lodged a complaint via email, I was promised a reimbur*****t a week ago and now Unilever has gone silent, they have not responded to my emails. I am extremely disappointed in the product and most importantly the service. These ice creams are not pocket change, they are the most expensive you find in a freezer when you walk into a store. I expected better.
