Very pathetic service. They have debited my account more then three times with an amount owing 2984. When i called them saterday, they said they still busy allocating my account and refunds take up to 7 days. How long does a refund take. They quick to debit an account but cant refund

Service at Makaranga is pathetic. They charge high rates for their rooms but give you **** service. You ask to speak to a manager and get told there is no manager on duty. The staff do not have answers and have an attitude. I am still waiting for a response from them.

Poor service. Came to the restaurant. No proper service on entrance to restaurant. No one comes to you. You have to ask for help. Pathetic communication s****s. No management prescence. Thereafter we find our own seating and then they come and take all our chairs away that we seated on without asking or explanation. I have a herniated disc and need soft chair but basically told to just change. Waiters pathetic. No menu given for all. Very sour faces and unfriendly staff. Very inhospitable and really dont feel welcome. They just take things of your table without asking or communicating with their customers. Definitely wont recommend this place. Clearly customer service is not their priority.
