Cartrack must be the WORST when it comes to after-sales. The day you leave them clearly the cancellation/transfer departments do not speak to the collections department. They harass you on a daily basis with 4 to 7 calls, I am not kidding you. I have spoken to every department that promised me that they put a note on the system to confirm that the Transfer fees have been paid and that the vehicle has not been in my possession for the past 3 months. I personally sent the new contract with the new owner's signature and bank and contact details. They are harassing me and just not getting it right. If it was not such a time waster, I could sue them for loss of productivity with having to field their call up to 7 times a day for a R131.20 installment. Ludicrous. Doc Ant
I have insurance for dents and scratches. Twice I dialed to ask for a claim form which to date has not been sent to me
