Honestly for a big network provider like Vodacom you should be embarrassed by your customer service. Your call center agents are rude and provide no help . I signed up for Amazon prime through Vodacom, now I do not have access to Amazon prime but I am getting charged for it by Vodacom. Your agent that is assisting me has no idea what is happening and keeps cutting me off to put me on hold … I would like a senior agent to contact me or stop charging me for services that you are not honoring
I cancelled my booking with Playmore golf on 9th May. The website stated that a refund will be done in 7 to 10 working days. The refund was not done , I called them on 3rd June and was told they will need to check with accounts and call me back which they did not do. I called the next day and was told that the refund was never processed. If I never followed up my refund would have not happened. I asked for an email from the agent which they said they will do and it did not happen. I requested a manager to contact me immediately to explain how Playmore just decides not to process a refund. The team leader calls me after the put through the refund almost a month after and says they had delays yet no communication was sent. Her excuse is that I should have checked the website. No one from Playmore told me that there are delays and I got there different stories . I have asked again for the email detailing the refund not being processed and the recording of the calls which they have still not sent. The team leader was rude and not bothered by their mess up , instead just gave pointless apologies
Service from DSV is pathetic. They give you time range for your delivery so you make your self available during theater time but they show up when they feel like it and if you not around when they feel like showing up , you have to wait the entire day for them. DSV expects you to wait the entire day on them
Playmore Golf has become a waste of money, I live in Durban and a lot of golf courses have pulled out of playmore golf and you do not get any Communication from play more golf to inform us. When you contact playmore golf, they agents have pathetic service, they do not know what is happening and have no idea about what courses are on playmore or not. They say they will call you back and you do not get a call back. Seriously no reason to keep the playmore membership when they are losing courses and have **** service.
Discovery insure has the worst service when it comes to claims…the agents ignore your mails and they do answer their phones..very frustrating and no care from discovery…my claim was delayed and I end sitting on hold with the call center because the agent assigned to you is not bothered ..
Absolutely **** from Woolworths ….there was fraudulent purchases made on my account …I follow Woolworths instructions about going to a store and get told there at the store that I do not have to fill out forms after they contacted fraud department and just to email my ID….I call the fraud guys today and get told they waiting for the forms ….zero feedback from them about missing info …my account is blocked and they have not removed these purchases from my account …..pathetic Woolworths
After months of getting one excuse after another about why my I cannot use my internet banking ...I get told that the standard bank security feature won’t all you to log into your or file from more than one PC....they do no take into account security or system updates that happen on your PC...so standard bank cannot account for changing IP addresses etc and you need to have a a specific laptop or PC to use for internet banking ....so if you are not using that specific pc then you can’t use internet banking ....surely they can do better then telling your client tough **** you must get one laptop to use just for internet banking...not very convenient...they wasted my time since November last year to tell me that sad excuse ....
I have been having issues with my internet banking since November last year ....standard bank decided to block my account without informing me and since then I have had one issue after the other ....they have been sitting with my query for months and still have nothing... they do not feedback and when them reply they can’t give me a solution...I cannot use my internet banking and they don’t give a damn about it ..
Once again playmore is completely pathetic with their customer service....we haven’t received handicap cards for years and we are told it has been sent ....the pro shop does not have our cards and now play more wants to charge us for reprints even though we never received the first card....absolutely **** customer service
Once again pathetic service from Playmore golf. I called in about two weeks ago and requested my membership be taken off suspension because golf was allowed again during level 3, I receive an email confirmation from playmore stating that my membership was reactivated but i find out now that it has not been done. So have to call them again and get told that they didn't do what was requested even though I received an email saying it was done.
