Ordered 2 crossing bags online in November 2025. Items never recieved. Recieved a call from a female named Kinosha that stated that the order was valid and that I will be getting the product. To date nil recieved. Kinosha no longer answers her phone. This is a *****ulent company and do not do any transactions with any Rage distributors or stores. Ordered through Uber eat from Swaadist Resevoir Hills. 2 meals ordered for 3 people. One meal a bean roti roll was poorly packed and when recieved was at the bottom of the packet in a mess. I called asked for refund to my wallet they state I must come pick up yet I'm using Uber Eats. Secondly they then offer to re deliver the meal with their driver. Never arrived. They took my money for the purchase but never provided a meal.
Service was extremely poor. Was not anything you expect from a spa. 1. Came in staff walking around no masks and not worn properly. 2. Staff uniforms no uniformity, untidy and unkempt for some. Poor image 3. Started late 4. Rooms not properly set up had items missing 5. No towels covered in a gown 6. Eye pads covers brought in not sanitized, sanitized in room and was going to be placed, had to say no but they fail to ask or tell you anything prior. 7. Staff don't tell u what they going to do before they do it 8. Massage technique poor was basically a weak rub, def not a Swedish massage 9. No idea what used on us...not informed 10. Staff kept talking about finishing the package 11. Efforts where non personal was like a tick box 12. Head massage not done for one they overheard and they came back to her to massage to massage her cheekbones 13. Room not clean found a old smoothie type drink in cupboard 14. Sanitization a concern with - masks by staff - hand hygiene - basins - cloths used - room cleaning Have whatsapped a number on link on Facebook, i have the messages. Still awaiting feedback from someone named shavane but not even an apology for the service that myself and a friend experienced. There was a lady at the entrance when we exited that asked me how it was I said very disappointed. She just sorry and didn't even bother to get any more details to review and look at improvement. Not a spa. Wasted money felt robbed and space is not conducive to social distancing between clients coming in at same time. Never again and will def not recommend
Rude guard and ethekwini municipality staff that work there and allow for illegal parking and have the opacity to argue about it and justify it and then 4 vehicles stolen that same day in the so called care of these incompetent and discriminatory staff. Establishment staff need to be investigated as it is very concerning that 4 vehicles get stolen in the care of those that allow for illegal parking and argue with patrons like myself when they are questioned about.
Poor service. Came to the restaurant. No proper service on entrance to restaurant. No one comes to you. You have to ask for help. Pathetic communication s****s. No management prescence. Thereafter we find our own seating and then they come and take all our chairs away that we seated on without asking or explanation. I have a herniated disc and need soft chair but basically told to just change. Waiters pathetic. No menu given for all. Very sour faces and unfriendly staff. Very inhospitable and really dont feel welcome. They just take things of your table without asking or communicating with their customers. Definitely wont recommend this place. Clearly customer service is not their priority.
Unique Communications. Poor service and empty promises as they have a lack of committment and this is speaking to the manager Rodney Chetty. It has now been a month since last communication and they have still failed to sort out our unit with the fibre installation. He has also lied to us that the area is not live yet we have others that have connected.

I collect parcels for my husband who is unable to fetch himself due to long working hours and is on the road.<br> <br> I have previously come to collect and they have always issued me the parcel without asking for my husband ID. They accept my ID. Today I come to collect a parcel and I am denied<br> <br> My concerns is that the post office has not followed the correct protocol for almost a year and today I have had been accused of being a liar as I cant remember names and faces of people I see randomly assisting me at the front desk.<br> <br> I want feedback and what action will be taken. I can provide his details, can the previous parcels be tracked so that I can prove that I have collected. As I have been treated with disrespect.
