greedy for money that you did not earn

very disappointed with lack of service from your establishment.

I paid for a reservation, came in as per booking, then had to cancel and leave immediately, due to unavailability of appropriate seating. i requested a refund, which was agreed upon.

i have contacted you multiple times, requesting the same, and have been ignored. u were quick to take my money, but seem greedy in not being willing to return it as agreed upon on the date of reservation.
