A guy named Imraan at the Mobeni branch Mandos used spares. He tells all the customers that they have a particular part you looking for and when u arrive there he tells u there's no stock. Instead of apologizing, he'll be absolutely rude to the customer and make it seem like it's the customers fault. Especially traveling all the way from pmb. He never had the part in the 1st place. He did this to many customers and is definitely bringing the companys name down. I dealt with Mandos for many years but this guy does not know good customer service or how to treat customers

This company is never to be trusted again, Firstly they made me pay R15 000 for something they never had, then they took my money and basically **** to me for 4months that the item will be arriving, eventually I asked for my refund which is taking over a month for them to process. Every time I make contact it's always an excuse with no sense of urgency. There is always no management on duty at they head office for further assistance, just lies after lies from the staff at the Ottawa branch and at they head office based in Mobeni. DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A SO CALLED REPUTABLE BRAND, NEVER TO BE TRUSTED AGAIN!!!!

This company is never to be trusted again, Firstly they made me pay R15 000 for something they never had, then they took my money and basically **** to me for 4months that the item will be arriving, eventually I asked for my refund which is taking over a month for them to process. Mando's in Mobeni overcharged me R2500 for something that I can buy for R950. Beware when you buy something from them, please first compare with other s****yards. Don't make the mistake that I did because I was desperate and they took advantage of which I'm not sure if it's legal. If anyone know what actions I should take please let me know, thanks.

<p>My BMW 328M Sport was standing in Mendo's Pinetown yard after I had an accident.</p> <p>I am based in Johannesburg and for some reason my car was towed to Pinetown in Durban.</p> <p>I then had to pay R10000.00 to have my car delivered back to Johannesburg.</p> <p>I was then informed that my car would be delivered by the next Monday.</p> <p>Monday arrived and was not called or informed by anyone at Mando's.</p> <p>I then called them myself and was then promised that my car would be delivered on Tuesday.</p> <p>I was still not contacted on Tuesday about the whereabouts of my car.</p> <p>I then called Mando's again and was promised again that my car would be delivered on Wednesday.</p> <p>My car only arrived on the Friday.</p> <p>I then went to Mando's as my car busy being off loaded at the Joburg branch.</p> <p>The manager of the Joburg yard was with me when we opened the bonnet of my car.</p> <p>Surprisingly the whole wiring harness was stolen from my car and all BW sings and also window controllers and rain cencors.</p> <p>The manager and I took photo's of the missing wiring harness and then contacted the Pinetown branch.</p> <p>I was dealt with by a lady (cant remember her name) who told me numerous times that the owner of the yard would get back to me.</p> <p>Which he had never done.</p> <p>I eventually got hold of him, he then said he has not received any message regarding this matter of the stolen wiring harness what so ever.</p> <p>He then promised me that he would take full responsibility and will replace all the missing parts.</p> <p>He also promised to send a BMW approved mechanic to install all missing parts.</p> <p>The BMW mechanic arrived 4 months after my car had been delivered to Johannesburg from Pinetown.</p> <p>What a joke!!!</p> <p>They did not have even a 1/4 of the parts that were missing to replace.</p> <p>My car then went to the panelbeaters who then told Ibrahim the owner of Mando's they must make sure that all the parts must be ready in 4 months.</p> <p>4 months went by and then had to beg Ibrahim to send his mechanics with the parts to the panelbeater where my car was.</p> <p>His mechanics eventually arrived at 13:00 in the afternoon and made a total mess of everything.</p> <p>And again had the wrong parts.</p> <p>These mechanics were definitely backyard mechanics. No doubt about it.</p> <p>They basically ripped everything to pieces and caused even more damage to my car.</p> <p>My mechanic then contacted Ibrahim directly to inform him about the wrong parts that were delivered and all that Ibrahim did was swear at him.</p> <p>I then had to pay for a wiring harness and inform Ibrahim that I had done so.</p> <p>2 weeks ago I called Ibrahim and asked him to reimburse me for the money I spent on the wiring harness.</p> <p>He then told me to give him a half an hour and that he would call me back.</p> <p>I am still waiting for his call.</p> <p>I then called him back a week later and again got told he will phone me back.</p> <p>And again I am still waiting for this call.</p> <p>I then called him 2 weeks later again.</p> <p>He is now ignoring my calls.</p> <p>I have no choice but take this further and get lawyers involved and have him pay for parts, labour, and lawyer fees..</p> <p>He must also be liable for storage fees of my car which was delayed by his mechanics and their neglagance.</p> <p>I have tried everythimg in my power to be amicable about this.</p> <p>As I believe everyone deserves a fair chance.</p> <p>Clearly Ibrahim does not feel the same way and went in another direction.</p> <p>I strongly recommened that no one should use Mando's for anything.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
