Dear Babies R Us Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent query. I purchased a baby bouncer from Babies R Us in May 2025 as a gift for my sister’s baby. On 11 November 2025, the baby fell from the bouncer due to a fault, which is extremely concerning and could have resulted in serious injury. Naturally, I contacted your customer service team for assistance. However, the response I received was completely unacceptable. There was absolutely no remorse, no willingness to assist, and no understanding of the seriousness of the incident. I was simply told that without the original packaging, nothing could be done. This is extremely unreasonable. The item was a gift — how am I expected to have the original packaging months later? Your response shows no consideration for real customer situations or basic customer care, especially when the product involved is meant for the safety and comfort of an infant. I am extremely upset by the way my concern was handled. To be told that I cannot return or exchange the item purely because I do not have the packaging — despite the product clearly being faulty — is unacceptable. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to a manager immediately. I expect: 1. A proper explanation for the dismissive and unhelpful response I received. 2. A fair and urgent resolution regarding the faulty bouncer, regardless of packaging. 3. Assurance that your customer service standards will be addressed to prevent this from happening to other customers, especially when safety is involved. I hope to hear back soon with a meaningful and respectful resolution.

Pathetic Service from Discovery I have been calling the help center for over a month and my issue has still not been resolved and they never follow up on they calls very frustrating just a waste of time and money!!!
FRUSTRATING SERVICE from the Absa Vehicle finance department just a waste of time calling or sending emails no sense of urgency what so ever
This company is never to be trusted again, Firstly they made me pay R15 000 for something they never had, then they took my money and basically **** to me for 4months that the item will be arriving, eventually I asked for my refund which is taking over a month for them to process. Every time I make contact it's always an excuse with no sense of urgency. There is always no management on duty at they head office for further assistance, just lies after lies from the staff at the Ottawa branch and at they head office based in Mobeni. DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A SO CALLED REPUTABLE BRAND, NEVER TO BE TRUSTED AGAIN!!!!
Pathetic Still no reply on the defective TV
I have always trusted the brand with the mentality quality which will last a good couple of years that's why we pay a fortune, I was actually wrong samsung is the worst brand to ever consider. I bought a 58" in 2020 which went off 3 times with the same fault. It was repaired 2 times they refused to replace the device or give my money back. Now they charging me due to it being out of warranty ridiculous!!! Why should we invest our money on junk
Most pathetic service ... actually absolutely shocking service ... very disappointing... I only get a reply when I posted on this platform.. the response I was given " no network , unable to call " still waiting ... can someone who knows how to assist customers contact me please!!!
Disappointed with the service received from the vehicle finance department. Such a unpleasant experience ,its shocking.Just a waste of time and money contacting them still battling for the past 3 months to get assistance.
