We paid for a massage online We called and made our appointment, drove all the way and when we got there no one bothered to open the gate, we rang the bell over and over again with no answer. We then contacted them to tell them their bell wasn't working and they insisted we need to use bell... They refused to open the gate! They refused to answer our calls! We then left only to receive a phone call 30 minutes as we had reached home.
Incredibly disappointed with the customer service here!
