Ordered a takeaway through Uber eats and half my order did not arrive. I had dinner guests that I had ordered for and only half could eat. When I phoned in I was told they were too busy to finish my order and to speak to me so they would see about a manager calling me back when he had time. I was horrified to say the least! They should rather not be on platforms they are not able to service and furthermore, need to learn a great deal about customer service and complaint management. They had the opportunity to turn my entire ugly ordeal with this place around, and instead gave me unacceptable excuses and terrible service. As for the food that did arrive 🤢 I will leave the food review though for another day
