So unsatisfied and disappointed I’ve been smoking Malboro Beyond Red for about 15 years now and over the last few months, I’ve been noticing that there is no ball in it or the ball is already popped! This cigarette is gone so expensive for a packet of cigarettes you expect quality at least. The cigarettes even now have chunks of tobacco in them. This is so disappointing. At first I thought it was just the one shop that had this popped ball beyond red. But it’s actually all over limpopo that I’ve experienced this, the quality is still poor It’s like you only get satisfied with 6 out of 20 in the box. This is ridiculous… Same with Peter Stuyvesant blue that my husband is smoking it has junks and quality is off. Please can we atlas get decent smokes for the expensive prices we pay 🙏🏼

No Ball or popped *****!!!
I’ve been smoking Malboro Beyond Red for about 10 years now and over the last few months,I’ve been noticing that there is no ball in it or the ball is already popped! This cigarette is gone so expensive and for me it paying over R50 for a packet of cigarettes you expect quality at least. The cigarettes even now have chunks of tobacco in them and not refined like before. This is so disappointing. At first I thought it was just the one supermarket that had this popped ball beyond red. But it’s actually all over Gauteng that I’ve experienced this. Whether it’s from the Checkers or the Engen, the quality is still ***. It’s like you only get satisfied with 4 out of 20 in the box. This is ridiculous… rather sell it for half the price if you going to sell *** quality

Marlboro Beyond Blue
Marlboro is going backwards! Every pack I buy of Marlboro Beyond Blue has popped mint ***** or some of the cigarettes do not have a mint ball in at all and in some cases, there is big pieces of tobacco inside which causes the cigarette to die. Some cigarettes smell and tastes like marijuana for some odd reason, and I do not even smoke that ****. I want quality for the price I pay, this **** is expensive!!!

I have been smoking this brand for over 10 years now, and I can't fully express my absolute disappointment with the quality thereof that's just getting worse. Most of the cigarettes per pack are already method upon lighting, with the ball already popped or damaged. For the price I honestly expected higher quality. This has been the case with multiple purchases from different stores accross Gauteng. After 10 years, I am now switching brands, as Marlboro blue beyond specifically has become a waste of money. PLEASE FIX YOUR PRODUCT! OR FIX THE MEANS OF DELIVERY THEREOF TO AVOID FAULTY PACKETS.

I have been smoking this brand for over 10 years now, and I can't fully express my absolute disappointment with the quality thereof that's just getting worse. Most of the cigarettes per pack are already method upon lighting, with the ball already popped or damaged. For the price I honestly expected higher quality. Popped ***** Marlboro blue ice
I'm so annoyed with this brand. It's expensive for nothing, I just opened a pack and the ***** are already popped leaving no ice flavoring. I had this happen before and thought maybe I did something wrong. This isn't value for money. And it's hard to get a hold of them no email address. One must either call or ship the product back at some local pmi. What's that more costs!

Popped ***** Marlboro blue ice

Honestly never felt like I had to complain but this is the 6th box I have bought and there has been no menthol ball. Really disappointed because I don't smoke anything but menthol.
