I’ve been smoking Malboro Beyond Red for about 10 years now and over the last few months,I’ve been noticing that there is no ball in it or the ball is already popped! This cigarette is gone so expensive and for me it paying over R50 for a packet of cigarettes you expect quality at least. The cigarettes even now have chunks of tobacco in them and not refined like before. This is so disappointing. At first I thought it was just the one supermarket that had this popped ball beyond red. But it’s actually all over Gauteng that I’ve experienced this. Whether it’s from the Checkers or the Engen, the quality is still ***. It’s like you only get satisfied with 4 out of 20 in the box. This is ridiculous… rather sell it for half the price if you going to sell *** quality
I went to the McDonald’s Mall @ Reds about an hour ago. I had ordered a double chilli cheese burger and a triple cheese burger for my partner. 1. The burger had this after taste, like it was about to go off. It was so dry and had a weird smell. Upon leaving the drive thru we had immediately opened and started munching away. The burgers and chips was extremely ice,it is winter yes, but I don’t think while driving out the drive thru they will get so cold so quick 2. The chips was extremely dry, we stopped eating them and said maybe let’s warm it up will taste better. The chips became so stiff were, while eating it you would get a lock jaw. As is we suffer with so much **** in this country and now you can’t even get a decent meal anymore.
Lastnight we ordered at McDonald’s Parkrand and the food was pathetic. The burger patty was so dry, they didn’t even put gerkins which gives the McDonald’s Big Mac it’s signature taste. The lady that took our order was also very stubborn and not helpful at all. We had asked her to upsize the meal then she charged us for a large. She was too lazy to put in the code to upsize. We then asked for normal regular meals. This is the closest McDonald’s to us and we are going there on a regular basis and the service and food goes from bad to worse. The previous time we ordered they only put 1 patty in a Big Mac ? How does that work ?
Worst service ever!!! I placed my order at Springsgate Debonairs at 19:10 the pizza got delivered at 21:00. Coming from a long day at work and craving the delicious Debonairs pizza which I get 2 hours later and ice cold as if it came out the freezer. The driver had said that there’s only 2 drivers with 86 deliveries!!! How the hell do they work like that??????? This is totally upsetting - Springsgate need to definitely get a reality check and get more stuff.
This is my first time ordering at KFC Brakpan and the service was absolutely pathetic. I called them around 6pm lastnight ordering an All In 1 Plus with 2 rolls. The guy that took my order said the food would be delivered in 20 mins. I called them at 6:50 pm only to be told the guy is on the way to deliver. The food arrives after 7pm. Now the driver leaves I open the packet only to realise that the 2 packets of chips were not there. I called them again at 7:10 notifying them that they have forgotten my chips. The lady that answered also realised that my chips was left behind and said she will send it right away. My chips then arrives at 9pm. The chips looked as if it was from the day before. It was even shrunk and tasted like powder. They also did not put any tomato sauce and salt in the packets. The chicken felt like rubber and even tasted worst. The chicken had like blood still in it..very under cooked... I lost my appetite.
I had ordered a Big Mac Medium meal(swopped my cool drink for an extra large milkshake) on the 26 May 2020 at around 4:20pm using the McDonald's App. My order was said to arrive at after 5:20pm. I had stood outside, in the cold for about an hour waiting for your rider to come. I eventually called your call centre twice and was told that the rider is on the way which was a blatant lie. My order had never been collected from your restaurant. After 6:30 I had eventually gotten fed up and decided to cook my own meal as I knew this order was never coming through to me. At 7:30pm a gentleman by the name of Victor had called me from the restaurant knowing full well that I hadn't received my order but still had the audacity to ask me, which I in turn said 'no'. He apologized and had advised me that the orders had gotten mixed up,and that they have already knocked off and would deliver my order the next day. I said well that's fine and I would like something for free maybe a mcflurry or nuggets. He said that would be fine. I then said that my order should be at my residence at 5pm the next day. I had also called them yesterday, spoke to Victor again who has assisted and said to him don't forget my order at 5pm. I spoke to Victor around 3pm that day reminding him. To my surprise my order was late again, I was standing the cold again waiting for my food. I had called Victor about 3 times to follow up where my order was. My order eventually came at 6pm, knowing full well that I had said 5pm knowing that this was a mess up on their end not bringing my order to at least not mess this one up again. Aren't you guys supposed to of prioritized me the next day to at least be on time? Let's get to the food... The food was absolutely cold, I had to microwave it. The nugget that I bit into was as hard as a rock,which even caused my gum to bleed because it cut into it. The burger was flat. The chips look like it was recooked even before I had microwaved it. I am absolutely disgusted by your service,knowing that customers have been waiting for after lockdown to order your delicious food. I live in Springs and I'm assuming that the order came from McDonald's Springs and not Durban. Ref:35-26/05/2020--63765 I look forward to hearing from you.
This is the worst property agency! I would never ever in a million years recommend them to anyone. Last year I logged a call as my unit was flooded when it rained. The maintenance guys came out 2 weeks later to find the fault. They found absolutely nothing! A few days ago I receive a bill for maintenance which was never even done, but yet the guys said to me they couldn't find anything. Now I'm sitting here with a flooded house again due to the heavy rain in Springs and to top it off they cut my electricity as I "owe" them money for maintenance which they never did! I called the electrical company Ismetering and was advised that they had received instruction from Nqobile (Afhco credit control) to turn off my electricity due to none payment of maintenance. When logging the initial call with the building manager I was advised that I would not be paying anything for the service. 3 months later I'm sitting in a flooded house with no electricity, a leaking sink,rotten cupboards, curtain rails which are bent, a dirty stove..all of these things are supposed to be sorted out by them as I was advised initially when I moved in September 2019. I am disgusted by this company and the way they treat their tenants. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
