When dealing with insurance companies like worldwide advisory service underwritten by Omart Insure, a person can be left feeling disappointed when simple expectations can't be met. This company is taking my mother an old pensioner from pillar to post leading to so much confusion she is a telkom long standing customer. But this company has not been clear or transparent. Weeks have passed where they could not find her policy regardless of all required documents been provided they could find it using the device cell no or id no or policy number. Then on some miraculous day they found it, sending her messages that made it seem like she just took out that insurance that day with welcome messages, this company will tell you story after story then they will tell you the matter has been ESCALATED, wow now this is the boss word for them. It over a month now with them busy escalating the issue. With no end in site, she still has no claim processed. This has led to her stressing so much because she is expected to pay monthly premium to a shady company that does not help its insured customer. Totally disgusting how they handle their matters. People be warned fo not do business with this company called WORLDWIDE ADVISORY SERVICE , telkom always finds shady insurers for their devices, before worldwide advisory service was another business that vanished and left customers in the dust. This business won't last long if they dnt change how they treat customer claims.

I'm so annoyed with this brand. It's expensive for nothing, I just opened a pack and the ***** are already popped leaving no ice flavoring. I had this happen before and thought maybe I did something wrong. This isn't value for money. And it's hard to get a hold of them no email address. One must either call or ship the product back at some local pmi. What's that more costs!
I myself was looking for a car and Pace showed up as a good one. I'm very skeptical after reading the reviews the one that really got to me is what happened with Leezil Stuurman. That is top ****ming at its core how can they want R19 000, yet the car had a warranty standing. Thank you for sharing I truly hope people look here and get a true reflection on what is happening, I can only imagine not having a car at this point in time with schools re opening, how does one get things done? Very disappointing customer service.
This disgusting *****s took my money from payslip and have been giving me the run around about when they will refund me. They deducted from me on 20th of May and until now I'm still waiting for my refund after iv canceled thier service on. They dont respond to emails send when you post on thier complaints email they shift the blame. I'm getting paid again next week with no refund on previous month. I won't stop warning people not to join this as they are quick to take your money but extremely slow in giving it back. Worst insurers do not join them

They keep taking R1500 from my account for over many years and when I want to cancel due to unsatisfactory services they refuse and want to get debt collectors to collect money that they didn't provide a service for. I'm so frustrated with these people and truly want to WARN people not to sign up with them as its a scam, took years and years to realize but for those of you who still have a chance don't do it it's not worth your money's worth. I last went on a holiday 3years back and once again a horrible place they offered. Since then they keep saying no availability but yet every month they taking R1500 from my account. The post off issues been resolved are all lies, nothing is resolved but they will never see a cent from me again
