Been buying Mars, Twix , Snickers Chocolates since the beginning of the year 2025. First time absolutely delicious equal amount of every ingredient. Recently complaint in October. According to "MARS INCORPORATE" they dont find any faults. Mars in some parts are missing caramel. Twix less chocolate & thick huge hard biscuit. Snickers stingy on peanuts. Will definitely think before buying, they dont value or appreciate there customers! 💯More like we as Customers must buy at our own Risk , take it or Leave it 😒0 Stars Well Deserved...🙄

Absolutely shocked and disgusted at the way in which I have been handled by #marsincorporated #PicknPay #bountybar Last week I purchased a Bounty Bar Chocolate from a local Pick n Pay. While going about my business, I opened the packaging and ate the first of the 2 bars. To my absolute horror something caught my eye on the counter below me, a suspicious looking white worm. On further investigation not far from this was the chocolate wrapper, in the corner of the wrapper was a weblike something, with little egg looking things in it.... looking further into the wrapper was another worm and the other chocolate bar with this weblike appearance on it.. Now feeling extremely green from what I have seen, knowing that I have possibly eaten this mess of web, worm and eggs. How does one digest what is in front of you knowing that you have eaten either some of it - or even just coming from the same packaging. Where does this even come from... this is by far nothing close to organic, nothing that could possibly warrant hosting this mess - I could totally understand a worm in a tomato or a piece of lettuce, but every crumb of this item has been through processing and heating etc. I immediately investigated who the "importer" was and popped them a message saying I have everything along with my slip in a little bag for them to collect to investigate further. I received an email to say thank you for letting us know, please call us on the number below (which no-one answers) and further someone will be in contact shortly. I now look at this mess in a bag everyday waiting to hear from them. I emailed them again thinking they would jump at the opportunity to collect the item to see how this transpired. I was literally told - someone will get back to me, this is a timeous process to investigate. We are almost a week away from when this happened, how can they be so calm, what if this whole batch was infested and others will be victims to this absolutely disgusting site!!! Far to complacent for my liking - this is no way to handle a client who has been subjected to something of such magnitude!!!!! #disgusted #poorservice #bountybar #marsincorporated #PicknPay However, further to the above I have just received a response from their customer support telling me there is nothing wrong with the environment which it is packaged in and that these worms hatched 3 months from production so its basically not their problem and a "consolation prize" of a voucher to the value of R100. Come and fetch the item and look and tell me in the face that the problem is not yours!!!

I bought Whiskas cat food for my cat. It looks good in the store, but my cat refuse to eat it. I contact Petcare Consumer Products Africa (Pty) Ltd to complain about the product, and also complain about NO REFUND policy. The lady who answer me "Candise" told me I must force Feed my cat. What cat can you force to eat and who is so cruel to do it. I will never buy any of your products again

We bought Whiskas Gourmet meat platter 2kg at n store near us. It had Maggot in and we sent an email to customer care. This happend 25/4/21 it is now 16/5/21 and i have emailed more than once only to hear that they are still investigating. I really feel that we deserve a refund at least, seeing that we spent money on something that was not up to standard?

On 28 December 2017, (Thursday) at 14:07, my wife purchased a 200g Royco Pasta Base for Bolognaise from Kwikspar at Escombe Durban for supper. Invoice number 0229; Till 001; Cashier 13. Royco Pasta Base for Bolognaise Batch details: 726D1CAP01; Best Before: 29 June 2018 (at time of 08:47 JAN is also noted). Around 17:00 she cut the packaging open. She noticed something inside and immediately called me, as she was a-bit historical. I opened the sachet and noticed a solid object inside. At first, I thought perhaps it’s a clump of meat, and immediately looked at the ingredients on the back. Meat was not a part of the ingredients. I scooped it out with a table s**** for a closer look. It was a thick slug which I measured to be 9cm long. The both of us felt sick with disgust, and cannot look at Royco products in the same way we use too. We no longer trust Mars Africa (Pty) Ltd to provide us (SA families) with safe, non-contaminated products. This type of carelessness does not stop with a Hello Peter complaint. I will be contacting local Press. I still have the item in my fridge so that local authorities can test the authenticity of this complaint. Awaiting Response from Mars Africa (Pty) Ltd.
