I bought a dress at Queenspark Herm****. I paid cash and return the dress because it did not fit. The clerk at the shop could not refund me in cash, because the manager was on lunch and she did not have access to the safe. She gave me then a tillslip as proof of the return. I went back at a later stage and the clerk informed me that the previous clerk was no longer in employment and she was suppose to have given a gift card. The told me that the would sort it out with headoffice. After several enquiries nothing happened. After several months I am still waiting.

I had a problem with my EcoFlow River 2 power station and got excellent after sale service from Summer at the Customer Service team. My power station was picked up and is in for repairs within a week. Elize Hattingh Bredasdorp

Excellent service from the call centre as well as the person who came to my house to fix my washing machine. Evans drove from Cape Town to Bredasdorp, he was friendly and got the job done.
The change the debitorders dates to the 20th of December Not ok!!! My debitorders are dated for the 27 th of each mont for a reason. A lot of people have not received salaries on the 20th. No ABSA this is unacceptable
I send an email this morning (2 of December) and they responded immediately and tried to solve problem. Very good service from their consumer department.
Waiting hours for an agents to pick up on the 0860 numbers. They must get more people to help!
