Maxitools biggest scamming company that exi
Maxitools is a SCAM company. I have ordered a mixer for nearly a R1000 from them on the 16 the of July 2020. After a week I send them an e-mail, they replied that they busy moving and normally delivery takes 7 working days. I e-mailed a week later no luck. I send them a message through Facebook, and tried to phoned Victor who is apparently the director, no luck. Tuesday night a Jim phoned me, apologizing and promised my money will be in my account in 48 hours. Nothing happened! I tried to phone him, did not answer, send messages no luck. Please they not supposed to scam more people.

I've ordered and paid for a Salton mini kitchen on 16th June 2020 and Maxitools promised delivery within 5 - 7 working days. When I enquired after the 7 days expired, I received an automated email that delivery has been extended to 7 - 10 days, At day 10 I sent an email to find out what happened to my order, and again received an automated reply that one of the consultants will contact me within 48 hours. Another 96 hours went by with no reply. This morning when I tried to find a telephone number on their website, a red note appeared "Business closed permanently." What now?

I purchased and paid for a Bosch garden Shredder from Maxitools to the value of R7,884.99. unfortunately, although I did do a quick online check, I only later found out that the owner, Victor Moima, is the same person who ran the site Shop4tools, where many people are laying fraud charges against him. As with Shop4tools, the phone do not work, and although I did get a delayed response on email, I feel this was just a delay tactic. So, unless you want to lose your money, do not purchase from these people.
