Extremely Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s Brackenhurst

I recently visited the McDonald's location in Brackenhurst, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. My family and I decided to use the drive-thru service, but what should have been a quick and convenient experience turned into a frustrating ordeal.

We waited in the drive-thru line for over an hour, which was already unacceptable. However, what made it even more infuriating was that the staff allowed people who arrived after us to walk through the drive-thru and collect their orders before us. When we politely brought this to the attention of the staff, we were met with a dismissive attitude and a rude comment telling us to "walk if we wanted to" as well.

The lack of respect and poor customer service displayed by the staff was appalling. As a customer, it's disheartening to be treated this way, especially when all we wanted was a quick and convenient meal.

Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location again. The poor service and lack of respect for customers have left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and provide better training to their staff.

Until then, I would advise others to think twice before visiting this location.
