I called to ask about a query I had for a refund and the first banker I got acted as if the network was bad and just kept quiet without responding to me when I could hear her on the other end and the second person I got when I called again said they would transfer me to the right department but instead I got left on hold until the phone call hung up by itself I’m very disappointed
My husband has been trying to get his sim activated after a sim swap for the past couple of days and nobody is helping. We call them they tell us they’ll get back to us and they never do and when we go in store at mall of the south they put the blame on IT being slow and they refuse to help even there. I am so disappointed in the service we have received my husbands whole life has stopped and no one can get ahold of him because people are refusing to do their jobs.
I recently visited the McDonald's location in Brackenhurst, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. My family and I decided to use the drive-thru service, but what should have been a quick and convenient experience turned into a frustrating ordeal. We waited in the drive-thru line for over an hour, which was already unacceptable. However, what made it even more infuriating was that the staff allowed people who arrived after us to walk through the drive-thru and collect their orders before us. When we politely brought this to the attention of the staff, we were met with a dismissive attitude and a rude comment telling us to "walk if we wanted to" as well. The lack of respect and poor customer service displayed by the staff was appalling. As a customer, it's disheartening to be treated this way, especially when all we wanted was a quick and convenient meal. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location again. The poor service and lack of respect for customers have left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and provide better training to their staff. Until then, I would advise others to think twice before visiting this location.
My account has been blocked from the 24th of July and every time I contact the ***** department they tell me different stories and no has given me a definitive answer as to why account is blocked. I need to access the money in account ASAP and Standard Bank is hindering me from doing so.

Booked a ticket for R1130 for a bus from Cape Town to Johannesburg and I was extremely disappointed. The bus was dirty it had a smell and there were so many ****roaches that it wasn’t possible to be comfortable on the bus. The bus was supposed to pick us up at Old Marine Drive but we got there and found a “Eldo Coaches” bus which was also dirty and filled with ****roaches and the driver was extremely rude, we got dropped off in Bellville by this bus and had to wait 2 hours for the Greyhound bus. Extremely disappointed in the service we received.
I have not received a package that I was supposed to receive last year it has been 1 year and I have not received my package I was being assisted by Swikelani Baloyi and she has not answered any of my emails for the past 3 months and when I called to ask about the progress of my package I was assisted by Banele Malunga and when i began to ask about my package he hung up the phone and did not call me back. I am very disappointed at the service I have received from this company.
I was supposed to receive a package that I ordered in February and it’s been 6 months and I still haven’t received it. I complained to Swikelani Baloyi and Melany Lombard they were not very helpful. They have been giving me the run around for the past 6 months by asking me to send a countless number of documents and even after I send the documents they don’t help me with my query. I have paid a large amount of money for my package and not receiving it is hindering me from running my business. I am very disappointed with the service I received from FedEx and I need my package to be able to run my business.
