I am following up on my unresolved complaint regarding my order of 3 Foldover Meals placed on 24 January via the App. I collected the meals through the drive-through, and upon arriving home, I found that the foldovers were extremely small in portion size. I immediately attempted to call the branch but received no answer. I then sent an email to the email address on the receipt ( customer.care@za.mcd.com)on the same day, including a photo of the foldovers together, but have not received any response to date.
This lack of acknowledgment is disappointing, and I kindly request that you address this matter promptly its been nearly a month UNACCEPTABLE
